Ken Havenstein, Who holds a Ph. D and teaches Art History at SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick Colleges, explains, "We grow many of our own plants and flowers and create stunning floral arrangements while the customers watch and help create exactly the look they're after. We design bouquets and arrangements with a flair for the unusual - creating interesting and modern combinations of flowers and plants grown on site at the flowershop. At holiday time, the staff at Renaissance Floral makes customer hand-made wreaths, garlands and swags."
